The report contains a strategic management analysis. The results are grouped on the basis of the sectors with the greatest effect on strategic management, culture, management-group work, strategy work, and operative management. First, the respondents’ view on the current status and the target values of the above-mentioned four sectors are presented. After this, there is a more detailed examination of the current status of each sector, and these present the structure of the sectors and the suggestions for improvement based on your responses.

It is important to understand an organisation’s culture, because strategic management is by nature a social process. In this analysis, organisational culture is examined through the organisational atmosphere, communication, and involvement. You will assess the current situation to be on level "human-centeredness - openness".
Part 4. Management-team work
The management team is the central arena for strategic management and a live strategy. An efficient management team coordinates and ensures the implementation of a strategy. In this analysis, management-team work is examined from the viewpoint of functionality of the management team, preparation for meetings, meeting practices, and follow-up of meetings. You will assess the current situation to be on level "efficiency: very low - strategic nature: very low".
