Strategy facilitator trial period

This trial period framework guides you through the basics of Living Strategy with simple steps. Each step focuses on a topic that helps you understand the service and available functionalities, and they are designed to be easily attainable and achievable:  

• Part 1: Adding your first structures (Total: ~1 h)
  • 1.1 Create an organization structure in organization chart (10 mins)
  • 1.2 Strategies - different structures and approaches (20 mins)
  • 1.3 Adding strategies and strategy parts (20 mins)
• Part 2: Sharing responsibilities and inviting other users to the service (Total: ~30 mins)
  • 2.1 Add other users and general user management (10 mins)
  • 2.2 Assign responsibilities for breakthroughs and actions (10 mins)
  • 2.3 Invite the new users to service to participate in your shared strategy work (5 mins)
• Part 3: Sustaining Living Strategy - Status updates, dialogue and process tracking (Total: ~40 mins)
  • 3.1 Request status updates and initiate dialogue (15 mins)
  • 3.2 Progress tracking - strategy views and sharing options (25 mins)

After learning these skills, you should be well-equipped to continue using Living Strategy to empower the strategic work in your organization.
